Friends for Life members, in order to reach our goal of sending a holiday card to a child in a hospital in every state we need your help with tabling. Tabling is a way to recruit students, staff, and other people walking by to make holiday cards. Each table is equipped with construction paper, markers, glue, and much more. Please sign up for as many slots as you can. Once you sign up, you will be notified via email by Linh Nguyen by the end of the day. You will also be receiving a phone call from one of the tabling coordinators the night before the day that you signed up to table. The detailed tabling schedule list will be updated once you receive the confirmation email.
NOTE: Time slots run from the beginning of one period to the beginning of the next period. If you sign up from 3 (9:35) to 4 (10:40), you're signing up to table for 3rd period and the 15 minute interval in between 3rd and 4th periods (someone will be there to relieve you during the interval so you can make it to your class or where ever you need to go).
