Hearts for the Holidays Kit Request

Thank you for helping us reach our goal of sending a holiday card to child in a hospital in every state. Please fill out the form below to request a Hearts for the Holidays kit. The kit includes: construction paper for cards, markers/crayons/colored pencils, stickers, glue, and plenty of other art supplies you and your organization would need to make cards.
