Childhood Cancer Awareness Week

Welcome to the Childhood Cancer Awareness tabling sign-up. Please fill out the following form to sign up for a time slot. You should receive an email confirming that your request for a time slot has been received. If you want to change you time slot please email Rachel Cannon .

NOTE: Time slots run from the beginning of one period to the beginning of the next period. If you sign up from 3 (9:35) to 4 (10:40), you're signing up to table for 3rd period and the 15 minute interval in between 3rd and 4th periods (someone will be there to relieve you during the interval so you can make it to your class or where ever you need to go).
