Childhood Cancer Awareness Week

Banner Painting: We'll be painting a banner to advertise for the weeks events on the Reitz Union Colonnade on Monday, October 24, 2007 at 5pm.

Shands Activity: We will be doing Arts & Craft with the children at Shands on Tuesday, September 25, 2006. If you would like to volunteer and are available from 2-3pm, please contact Jessica.

Tabling about Childhood Cancer Awareness Week:

On the Colonnade: Monday (09/24), Tuesday (09/25), Thursday (09/27) from 10am-3pm. We'll be handing out flyers about the week's events and yellow ribbons for cancer awareness.

At Turlington: Wednesday (9/26) from 10am-3pm

Cancer Awareness Forum: The forum will begin at 6pm on Thursday, September 27, and will be held in room 282 of the Reitz Union. Dr. Patricia Shearer will be at the forum to share information about childhood cancer.

Genral Meeting: The Forum will be followed by a general meeting in the same room.

Camp Boggy Creek: Friends for Life will be going to Camp Boggy Creek to volunteer for the second Cancer weekend. If you signed up to go please make plans to be there on time and enjoy the weekend.
